We had a nice experience while dinning. Amrit and his team were very courteous. Though its a compact business hotel but well maintained. I had a terrible experience. Some of the ordeals The air conditioning of the Restaurant was extremely poor. All the diners were sweating. They took about 40 minutes to serve us food after we placed the order. The breads werent hot and crispy when served. When we pointed it out, only 1 stuffed kulcha was replaced for us. The staff didnt serve the food. Just placed it one our table and went off.

For repeat service on breads, we had to literally search for a server. Nobody was courteous enough on standby near our table. Overall, a pathetic experience!!!! Wont visit this Restaurant again, ever!!!! This is not even worth 1 star. Thai Pavilion rocked in food as always. They are easily closest in NCR to authentic Thai cuisine. Just a tad lower in spice levels. Have lived in SE Asia. And thrived on Thai food. Rooms were cosy with soft lighting. Ours was deluxe room with pool view Ambience of whole place was peaceful.

Best part for me was breakfast with best test. Neat and clean. Prompt house keeping. Decent food. But the one star less is for the fact that the warmth of a Taj hotel is missing. Will add detailed comments to my review.
