Windows authorware problem

Surprisingly the course did work fine for IE7 and IE6 users with no publishing setting changes. It probably has something to do with windows system files that are modified when you install IE7. But it's hard to tell and I'm dealing with more than 10 PCs in a big company using e-learning courses developed with Authorware, so I don't like the fact that all this seems so esoteric.

I wish there was more support from both Adobe and Microsoft on this problem as it might seriously affect not only me but many industries using Authorware as an e-learning distribution medium. If anyone has more information about it, please let me know.

I'll be conducting more tests and do more research on the topic. I'll post here whatever is relevant. I had the same problem, doling my EDCL course, it was working perfect last week, then when I went into my course on Monday, I got to the electic page, and it said access is denied, but thirdforce came up with a solution, they do the software etc for learndirect and different schools and courses, just when you get to the page you want to use, just doubleclick the protected mode, turn off, and it works perfect, but when you sign off, just double click again to turn back on, that is the only solution I have been told of at the present, and I have been in touch with adobe, thirdforce, learndirect, microsoft and norton.

Ask a question. Quick access. A very simple way to solve this problem is to find and download the appropriate application. The first part of the task has already been done — the software supporting the U32 file can be found in the table.

Now just download and install the appropriate application. The inability to open and operate the U32 file does not necessarily mean that you do not have an appropriate software installed on your computer. There may be other problems that also block our ability to operate the Authorware Cover file.

Below is a list of possible problems. If you are sure that all of these reasons do not exist in your case or have already been eliminated , the U32 file should operate with your programs without any problem. If the problem with the U32 file has not been solved, it may be due to the fact that in this case there is also another rare problem with the U32 file.

In this case, the only you can do is to ask for assistance of a professional staff. If you want to associate a file with a new program e. U32 you have two ways to do it. Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. I'am taking online college courses and have to have those three things installed as system requirements. They are installed but the picture content of the modules isn't displayed.
